Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkušenostmi učitelů mateřských škol s inkluzivním vzděláváním dětí s Downovým syndromem. Cílem této práce je odhalit výzvy, se kterými se učitelé mateřských škol potýkají v rámci inkluze těchto dětí, a popsat strategie, jež během tohoto vzdělávání využili. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní charakteristiky tohoto syndromu, fyziologické změny a anomálie v chování. Rovněž jsou zde popsány nezbytné úpravy ve vzdělávání, role asistentů pedagoga a funkce podpůrných pracovišť. Praktická část byla zpracována metodou kvalitativního výzkumu a pro získání konkrétních dat byly využity polostrukturované rozhovory. Tato studie reflektuje zkušenosti učitelů s dětmi s Downovým syndromem v mateřských školách, které můžou být dále využity jako doporučení či podpora učitelů, kteří se snaží do své výuky implementovat prvky inkluzivního vzdělávání. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the experience of kindergarten teachers with inclusive education of children with Down syndrome. The aim of this thesis is to identify the challenges kindergarten teachers face in the inclusion of these children and to describe the strategies they have used during their education. In the theoretical part, the basic characteristics, physiological changes and behavioral anomalies of this syndrome are presented. The necessary educational adjustments, the role of teaching assistants and the functions of child support services are also described. The practical part was developed using a qualitative research method, and semi-structured interviews were used to obtain specific data. This study reflects the experiences of teachers with children with Down syndrome in kindergartens, which can be further used as recommendations or support for teachers who are trying to implement elements of inclusive education in their teaching. |
