Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá zvýšením obsadennosti Pensionu MADARA 2 s využi-tím nástrojov marketingového mixu. Na základe poznatkov z teoretickej časti sa zaoberám analýzou jednotlivých častí marketingového mixu. Pomocou SWOT analýzy, Porterovho modelu piatich konkurenčných síl, PEST analýzou, prieskumu konkurencie v lokalite a analýzy spokojnosti hostí v hoteli, boli zistené dôležité informácie, ktoré prispeli k novým návrhom a doporučeniam pre firmu. Bol navrhnutý projekt vychádzajúci zo SWOT analý-zy, marketingových prieskumov s cieľom efektívnejšie využívať nástroje marketingové mixu vo firme a vyhodnotenie prínosov projektu z hľadiska jeho praktickej realizovateľ-nosti. |

This thesis deals with the increase of the number of visitors to MADARA 2, with the use of the equipment MARKETING MIX. Due to the detection of a theoretical viewpoint, I am concerned with the analysis of the various parts of the Marketing mix. Using SWOT analy-sis, Porter's model of 5 forces, plague analysis, analyze and assess the competition in lo-calities. Through the analysis of the satisfaction of the guests in this hotel important infor-mation was discovered, which lead to new proposals and methods have contributed, as well as recommendations for the company. It is a project proposed, according to SWOT analysis of marketing research, with the aim of the tool Marketing mix in diverse companies to ef-fectively serve the results, the profit can be observed as well from a practical standpoint to be able to realize. |
