Tématem mojí bakalářské práce je psychosociální rehabilitace lidí s psychotickou a afektivní poruchou. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem je podat ucelený přehled informací o jedné z metod práce a to jak z teoretického , tak praktického hlediska. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o historii metody práce, zobrazuje její filosofii, jednotlivé rehabilitační směry, principy, všechny rehabilitační fáze. Obsahuje popis cílové skupiny, seznamuje s pracovníkem psychosociální rehabilitace a popisuje všechny prvky komunikace. Praktická část obsahuje informace o Občanském Sdružení Práh a dále ukázku tří kasuistik na kterých je ukázáno, jak je touto metodou možné pracovat v praxi. |

My bachelor work is dealing with the psychosocial rehabilitation of people suffering from psychotic and affective disorders. It is devided into two parts, theoretical one and practical one. The aim is to present the summary of information about one of the methods of work from the theoretical and practical point of view. The theoretical part consists of the history and philosophy of psychosocial rehabilitation , rehabilitation trends , principles and all rehabilitation phases. It contains the description of the target group, informs us about the psychosocial worker and describes all the elements of communication. The practical part consists of infomation on Civic Association Práh and of three case reports showing us the possible use of this method in practise. |
