dc.description.abstract	Táto bakalárska práca preskúma dôležitosť ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti o dutinu ústnu u intubovaných pacientov v rámci intenzívnej starostlivosti. V teoretickej časti sa zameriava na popis anatómie a fyziológie dutiny ústnej, ako aj na komplikácie spojené s nedostatočnou starostlivosťou u intubovaných jedincov. Praktická časť práce prezentuje sériu kazuistík intubovaných pacientov, kde je analyzovaná aplikovaná ošetrovateľská starostlivosť, a porovnáva efektívnosť rôznych prístupov. Hlavným cieľom je zdôrazniť dôležitosť adekvátnej ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti o dutinu ústnu intubovaných pacientov s cieľom minimalizovať riziko komplikácií a na základe kazuistík poukázať na realizované ošetrovateľské intervencie u pacientov. Táto práca má za účel prispieť k zlepšeniu kvality starostlivosti v intenzívnej starostlivosti a k posilneniu klinických schopností odborníkov.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis will examine the importance of nursing care of the oral cavity in intubated patients in intensive care. In the theoretical part, it focuses on the description of the anatomy and physiology of the oral cavity, as well as on the complications associated with insufficient care in intubated individuals. The practical part of the work presents a series of case studies of intubated patients, where applied nursing care is analysed, and the effectiveness of different approaches is compared. The main goal is to emphasize the importance of adequate nursing care for the oral cavity of intubated patients to minimize the risk of complications and, based on case reports, to point out the nursing interventions implemented in patients. The purpose of this work is to contribute to improving the quality of care in intensive care and to strengthening the clinical skills of professionals.
