Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje inkluzi dětí s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS) v mateřských školách z pohledu učitelů. Hlavním cílem je prozkoumat, jak učitelé přistupují a pracují s dětmi s PAS v prostředí běžné mateřské školy. Teoretická část poskytuje komplexní pohled na poruchu autistického spektra, integraci dětí s PAS v rámci běžné mateřské školy, taktéž roli poradenských pracovišť a asistentů pedagoga a zdůrazňuje význam profesních kompetencí učitelů v rámci inkluzivního vzdělávání. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s učiteli, kteří mají přímou zkušenost s dětmi s PAS. Zaměřuje se také na hodnocení efektivity jejich pedagogických přístupů. Cílem je poskytnout čtenářům inspiraci z reálných zkušeností participantů a podnítit tak diskuzi o efektivních strategiích pro zkvalitnění edukačního prostředí pro děti s PAS. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the inclusion of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in preschools from the perspective of teachers. The main goal is to explore how teachers approach and work with children with ASD in a typical preschool environment. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive view of Autism Spectrum Disorder, the integration of children with ASD within a regular preschool, as well as the role of counseling centers and teaching assistants, and emphasizes the importance of teachers' professional competencies in inclusive education. The practical part is based on qualitative research using semi-structured interviews with teachers who have direct experience with children with ASD. It also focuses on assessing the effectiveness of their pedagogical approaches. The aim is to provide readers with inspiration from the real experiences of participants and to stimulate discussion on effective strategies for improving the educational environment for children with ASD. |
