dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá intenzivní péčí o pacienty po náročných operacích plic ve srovnání thorakotomických a a video-asistovaných thorakoskopií. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled o karcinomu plic, diagnostice, chirurgické léčbě a specifikům ošetřovatelské péče. Zaměřuje se na ošetřovatelské činnosti v pooperačním období. Empirická část prostřednictvím případových studií hledá vlivy působící na pooperační vývoj a celý proces rekonvalescence, zejména se zaměřuje na specifika intenzivní péče v pooperačním období. Byla provedena analýza literatury zabývající se stejnojmennou tématikou a formulováno doporučení pro následné výzkumné práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with intensive care of patients after difficult lung surgery in comparison of thoracotomy and video-assisted thoracoscopy. The theoretical part provides an overview of lung cancer, diagnosis, surgical treatment and specifics of nursing care. It focuses on nursing activities in the postoperative period. The empirical part looks for influences on postoperative development and the whole recovery process through case studies, especially focusing on the specifics of intensive care in the postoperative period. The literature dealing with the same topic was analysed and recommendations for subsequent research work were formulated.
