dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a následným návrhem inovace kalkulačního systému ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce bylo zpracování literární rešerše věnující se nákladům, jejím klasifikacím, a nákladovým kalkulacím, společně s procesem kalkulace ceny. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce byla analýza kalkulačního systému ve vybrané společnosti, za využití vybrané analýzy. Na jejím základě byl následně vypracovaný návrh nového kalkulačního systému, který je odpovědí na objevené problémy a nedostatky. Závěrem jsou popsány doporučení pro budoucnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and subsequent design of an innovation of the calculation system in a selected company. The aim of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis was to elaborate a literature search dealing with costs, their classifications, and costing, together with the process of costing. The aim of the practical part of the bachelor thesis was to analyze the costing system in the selected company, using the selected analysis. Based on it, a proposal for a new costing system was subsequently developed in response to the problems and shortcomings discovered. Lastly, recommendations for the future are described.
