dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá komplikacemi PICC katétru v ošetřovatelské péči. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit komplikace v ošetřovatelské péči. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá PICC katétrem, popisuje jeho komplikace, které se hlavně zaměřují na trombózu. Dále vymezuje faktory, které souvisejí s rizikem trombózy a zmiňuje metody hodnocení jejího rizika. Rovněž uvádí část ošetřovatelské péči se zaměřením na prevenci trombózy. Praktická část byla provedena v rámci přehledové studie, která zkoumala faktory, které nejvíce ovlivňují riziko trombózy u zavedeného PICC katétru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with complications of PICC catheters in nursing care. The main aim was to identify complications in nursing care. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part concerns with the PICC catheter, describing its complications, mainly focusing on thrombosis. It also identifies factors related to the risk of thrombosis and mentions methods for assessing its risk. It also presents a nursing care section focusing on thrombosis prevention. The practical part was conducted using a review study investigated the factors that most influence the risk of thrombosis in an inserted PICC catheter.
