dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá rostoucím vlivem bezpilotních systémů (UAS) na moderní válčení a analyzuje jejich nasazení Ruskou federací v ozbrojených konfliktech od roku 2015. Cílem práce je posoudit závažnost hrozby, kterou představuje využití UAS Ruské federace pro globální bezpečnost. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část definuje a klasifikuje UAS, reflektuje hrozbu jejich použití ve strategických dokumentech ČR a mapuje historii UAS v SSSR a Ruské federaci. Praktická část analyzuje nasazení UAS Ruskou federací v konfliktech na Ukrajině, v Sýrii a na Donbase. Dále se věnuje analýze vojensko-průmyslového komplexu Ruské federace v oblasti UAS a hodnocení závažnosti hrozby íránského bezpilotního systému Shahed-136/131. Závěr práce shrnuje klíčové poznatky a zdůrazňuje nutnost aktivního přístupu k řešení problematiky UAS v mezinárodním kontextu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis the growing influence of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) on modern warfare and analyzes their deployment by the Russian Federation in armed conflicts since 2015. The thesis aims to assess the severity of the threat posed by the Russian Federation's use of UAS to global security. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines and classifies UAS, reflects the threat of their use in the strategic documents of the Czech Republic and traces the history of UAS in the USSR and the Russian Federation. The practical part analyses the deployment of UAS by the Russian Federation in the conflicts in Ukraine, Syria and Donbas. It also analyses the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation in the field of UAS and an assessment of the severity of the threat posed by the Iranian Shahed-136/131 unmanned aerial system.The thesis concludes by summarizing key findings and emphasizing the need for a proactive approach to addressing the UAS issue in the international context.
