dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá interní komunikací na Letišti Brno Tuřany a.s. pro krizovou situaci v okamžiku řešení mimořádných událostí na letišti, jakými mohou být například únos letounu, požár budov letiště nebo i letecká nehoda mimo letiště. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojmy v oblasti krize a komunikace. Dále pak ujasňuje cíl práce a popisuje použité vědecké metody. V praktické části se lze seznámit s brněnským letištěm, jeho bezpečnostní politikou a tvorbou letištních pohotovostních plánů. Cílem této práce je navržení vlastní komunikační matice, která pomáhá zlepšovat tok informací při minimalizaci chyb z nepozornosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with internal communication at Brno Tuřany Airport a.s. in crisis situations during the management of extraordinary events at the airport, such as aircraft hijacking, fires in airport buildings, or even aviation accidents outside the airport. The theoretical part of the thesis defines concepts in the areas of crisis and communication. It also clarifies the aim of the work and describes the scientific methods used. The practical part provides insights into Brno Airport, its security policy, and the development of airport emergency plans. The goal of this work is to propose a communication matrix that helps improve the flow of information while minimizing errors due to negligence.
