dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí ochrany vodohospodářské infrastruktury před možností teroristického útoku. Autor si klade za cíl v teoretické části diplomové práce vymezit a představit problematiku čtenáři pro usnadnění porozumění praktické části diplomové práce. Úvodní kapitola praktické části diplomové práce vymezuje a analyzuje současný stav prvku vodohospodářské kritické infrastruktury na vybraném území a snaží se nalézt zranitelné části prvku vodohospodářského systému. Druhá kapitola se soustředí na vyhodnocení souvztažnosti možných rizik mezi sebou za pomoci analytické metody KARS. Závěr praktické části práce je věnován modelové situaci teroristického útoku a kritickou část sítě jejím dopadů a v neposlední řadě navrhovaným opatřením pro zamezení či snížení rizik teroristického útoku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the area of protecting water management infrastructure from the possibility of a terrorist attack. The author aims to define and present the issue to the reader in the theoretical part of the thesis to facilitate understanding of the practical part. The introductory chapter of the practical section of the thesis delineates and analyzes the current state of a water management critical infrastructure element in a selected area and attempts to identify vulnerable parts of the water management system. The second chapter focuses on evaluating the interrelationship of potential risks using the KARS analytical method. The conclusion of the practical part of the thesis is dedicated to a model situation of a terrorist attack and its impacts on critical parts of the network, as well as proposed measures to prevent or reduce the risks of a terrorist attack.
