dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou otevřených dat ve veřejné správě a jejich využitím v kontextu města Zlín. Cílem práce je vypracovat návrh na rozšíření využití otevřených dat ve městě Zlín. Teoretická část práce poskytuje přehled o principech otevřených dat, jejich legislativním rámci, technických aspektech a možnostech využití. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu otevřených dat ve městě Zlín, benchmarking s vybranými českými městy a návrh konkrétního řešení pro rozvoj datového portálu. Výstupem práce je komplexní návrh projektu otevřených dat, který zahrnuje identifikaci klíčových oblastí pro publikaci dat, návrh struktury portálu, způsob řízení projektu, návrh udržitelnosti a rozšíření do budoucna. Návrh reflektuje strategii Zlín 2030, zapojuje principy smart governance a je v souladu s principy transparentnosti a participace občanů.
