dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh zabezpečení rodinného domu pomocí poplachového zabezpečovacího a tísňového systému společně s kamerovým systémem. Teoretická část je zaměřena na analýzu rizik a vymezení základních pojmů, včetně několika příkladů metod analýzy rizik. Druhá část teoretické části je zaměřena na aktuální trendy v zabezpečení objektů. V praktické části je vybrán vícepodlažní rodinný dům, u kterého je provedeno bezpečnostní posouzení a analýza rizik. Z výsledků jsou následně navrženy dva návrhy zabezpečení včetně cenové kalkulace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis focuses on the design of security system for a family house using an intruder and hold-up alarm system in combination with a video surveillance system. The theoretical part is dedicated to risk analysis and the definition of basic terms, including several examples of risk assessment methods. The second part addresses current trends in property security. In the practical part, a multi-storey family house is selected, for which a security assessment and risk analysis are carried out. Based on the results, two security design proposals are presented, including cost estimates.
