dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou konvergované bezpečnosti v kontextu podnikové praxe. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem konvergovaná bezpečnost a popsány její hlavní oblasti. Dále se tato část věnuje legislativním a normativním předpisům relevantním pro řízení bezpečnosti a v neposlední řadě poskytuje přehled nejtypičtějších forem organizačních struktur uplatňovaných v praxi. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu řízení bezpečnosti v organizacích z hlediska rozděleného či konvergovaného řízení jednotlivých oblastí bezpečnosti a dále se věnuje návrhu systému řízení konvergované bezpečnosti v organizaci. Navržené řešení je demonstrováno na modelovém příkladu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis addresses the issue of converged security in the context of corporate practice. The theoretical part explains the concept of converged security and describes its main areas. It also deals with legislative and normative requirements relevant to security management and provides an overview of the most typical forms of organizational structures applied in practice. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of security management in organizations in terms of separated or converged management of individual security domains and further presents a proposal for a converged security management system within an organization. The proposed solution is demonstrated using a model example.
