dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu koordinačního plánu pro vybranou univerzitu. V teoretické části je uvedena základní terminologie a legislativa. V praktické části je navržen koordinační plán univerzity, který se skládá z definování koordinačního štábu, postupů jeho svolávání a základních úkolů jeho členů. Dále jsou podrobně rozpracovány vybrané scénáře závažných incidentů, které vedou k aktivaci koordinačního plánu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the development of a coordination plan for a selected university. The theoretical part presents the basic terminology and relevant legislation. In the practical part, a coordination plan for the university is proposed, which includes defining the coordination staff, procedures for its convening, and the primary tasks of its members. Furthermore, selected scenarios of serious incidents that trigger the activation of the coordination plan are elaborated in detail.
