dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku pojetí oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) ve vybrané společnosti. Popisuje legislativní rámec a jednotlivé pojmy, které určují podmínky zajištění bezpečného pracovního prostředí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje legislativě a právním předpisům vztahujícím se k oblasti BOZP. Praktická část popisuje hlavní činnosti podniku, kategorizuje jednotlivé pracovní pozice a identifikuje rizika, kterým jsou zaměstnanci při pracovních činnostech vystaveni. Provádí analýzu rizik ohrožujících zdraví při práci, navrhuje opatření ke snížení těchto rizik a poskytuje návod, jak tato rizika efektivně řídit.
