dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit strategickou koncepci informačních a vzdělávacích aktivit v oblasti fyzické bezpečnosti Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. V teoretické části je definována terminologie související s tématem této práce, dále jsou popsány základní informace týkající se oblasti vzdělávání, fyzické bezpečnosti a marketingu společně s bezpečnostní kulturou. Praktická část je věnována analýzám, které zkoumají úroveň edukace v oblasti fyzické bezpečnosti na vysokých školách v České republice i v zahraničí. Dále obsahuje návrh plánu jednotlivých kroků, doporučený harmonogram a návrh struktury, podoby a obsahu jednotlivých materiálů a činností vedoucí k cílené edukaci a informovanosti studentů a zaměstnanců instituce směřující k rozšíření bezpečnostního povědomí, znalosti a informovanosti v této oblasti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to create a strategic concept of information and educational activities in the field of physical security at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The theoretical part defines the terminology related to the topic of this thesis, then the basic information related to education, physical security and marketing together with security culture is described. The practical part is devoted to analyses that examine the level of education in the field of physical security at universities in the Czech Republic and abroad. It also contains a proposal for a plan of individual steps, a recommended timetable and a proposal for the structure, form and content of individual materials and activities leading to targeted education and awareness of students and employees of the institution aimed at expanding security awareness, knowledge and information in this area.
