dc.description.abstract	Táto diplomová práca sa venuje transformácii netradičných priestorov na centrá kultúrneho života prostredníctvom umenia a iniciatívy jednotlivcov. Metodológiou hĺbkových rozhovorov skúmame genézu a prekážky významných kultúrnych centier a iniciatív v Česku a na Slovensku. Jediným výstupom, a zároveň praktickou aplikáciou teoretických poznatkov, je organizácia výstavy v novovznikajúcej kultúrnej iniciatíve v Zlíne, ktorá demonštruje silu umenia a komunity pri tvorbe nových sociálnych a kultúrnych priestorov.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis deals with the transformation of non-traditional spaces into centres of cultural life through art and the initiative of individuals. Through the methodology of in-depth interviews, we explore the genesis and obstacles of significant cultural centres and initiatives in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The sole outcome, and practical application of the theoretical findings, is the organization of an exhibition at an emerging cultural initiative in Zlín, which demonstrates the power of art and community in creating new social and cultural spaces.
