dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce na téma Rave, hudba a komunita: Role kolektivů v prostředí alternativní klubové kultury analyzuje hodnotové rámce, přístupy k budování komunity, organizační strategie a udržitelnost kolektivů působících mimo dominantní komerční scénu a zkoumá, jak tyto kolektivy formují prostředí současné alternativní klubové kultury v Polsku a Česku. Teoretická část definuje pojmy klubová kultura, klub, elementy klubové kultury, komunita a kolektiv. Dále objasňuje rave a rave etiketu, popisuje koncept safer space a přibližuje polskou a českou klubovou scénu. Praktická část analyzuje data ze semistrukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti členy z osmi kolektivů působících na polské a české alternativní scéně a mapuje motivace jejich vzniku, politickou, společenskou a uměleckou misi a ekonomické strategie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis Rave, Music and Community: The Role of Collectives in the Context of Alternative Club Culture analyzes the value frameworks, approaches to community-building, organizational strategies, and sustainability of collectives operating outside the dominant commercial scene. It explores how these collectives shape the landscape of contemporary alternative club culture in Poland and the Czechia. The theoretical part defines the concepts of alternative club culture, the club, the key elements of club culture, community, and the collective. It also presents an overview of rave and rave etiquette, explains the concept of safer space, and describes the Polish and Czech club scenes. The practical part analyzes data from semi-structured interviews with ten members of eight collectives active within the Polish and Czech alternative scenes. It maps their founding motivations, political, social, and artistic missions, as well as their economic strategies.
