dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem kojení na mikrobiom u zralých novorozenců. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat, jaký vliv má mateřské mléko na vývoj střevního mikrobiomu u zralých novorozenců. Dále se práce věnuje vzniku a vývoji mikrobiomu a faktorům, které jej ovlivňují. Nedílnou součástí je i analýza významné role porodní asistentky, která svou podporou a edukací matek přispívá k úspěšnému zahájení a udržení kojení. Pro vypracování práce byla zvolena forma přehledové bakalářské práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on the influence of breastfeeding on the microbiome of full-term newborns. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the impact of breast milk on the development of the gut microbiome in full-term newborns. The thesis also addresses the origin and development of the microbiome, as well as factors that influence it. An integral part of the work is the analysis of the important role of the midwife, who contributes to the successful initiation and maintenance of breastfeeding through her support and education of mothers. A literature review was chosen as the form for this thesis.
