dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou povodní a protipovodňové ochrany v obci Strání. Cílem práce je analyzovat a identifikovat nejzranitelnější oblasti a navrhnout opatření ke snížení povodňových rizik. Teoretická část diplomové práce definuje základní pojmy související s povodněmi, legislativní rámec protipovodňové ochrany a ekonomické aspekty financování preventivních opatření. Cílem teoretické části diplomové práce je představit znalostní základ pro praktickou část práce, která se zaměřuje na analýzu rizik konkrétních částí obce s následným návrhem nových nebo modifikovaných stávajících opatření.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze and identify the most vulnerable areas and propose measures to reduce flood risks. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis defines the basic concepts related to floods, the legislative framework for flood protection, and the economic aspects of financing preventive measures. The aim of the theoretical part of the diploma thesis is to present the knowledge base for the practical part, which focuses on analyzing risks in specific areas of the municipality and proposing new or modifying existing measures.
