dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského záměru na rozšíření stávajícího podnikání v oblasti soukromé plastické chirurgie. V teoretické části práce představí veškeré teoretické náležitosti, na kterých je podnikatelský záměr postaven. V praktické části je věnována v první řadě pozornost na současný stav kliniky, poté budou na základě získaných informací provedeny finanční a další analýzy pro vytvoření finančního plánu na rozšíření. Závěrem je v práci provedena analýza rizik a zhodnocení projektu jako celku. Na základě analýz doporučuji klinice zpracovaný návrh na rozšíření realizovat.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the development of a business plan for the expansion of an existing private plastic surgery business. The theoretical part of the thesis presents all the theoretical essentials on which the business plan is based. In the practical part, first of all, attention is paid to the current state of the clinic, then based on the information obtained, financial and other analyses will be carried out to develop a financial plan for expansion. Finally, the paper will conclude with a risk analysis and evaluation of the project as a whole. Based on the analyses, I recommend the clinic to implement the proposal for expansion.
