dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu finančního zdraví společnosti CIME, s.r.o., která se specializuje na oblast prodeje techniky pro stavebnictví, zemědělství a komunální sféru. Předmět zkoumání tvoří aplikace metod finanční analýzy se zaměřením na posouzení ekonomické výkonnosti a stability podniku v porovnání s konkurenčním podnikem za období 2019-2023. Teoretická část se opírá o poznatky odborné literatury věnující se problematice finanční analýzy a jejích metod. V praktické části je nejprve představen vybraný podnik a jeho konkurence. Následně práce využívá metody absolutních i poměrových ukazatelů, analýzu fondů peněžních toků, výpočet ekonomické přidané hodnoty, Altmanův index bonity a Du Pontův rozklad. Na základě dosažených výsledků dojde k navržení doporučení s cílem přispět ke zlepšení finančního zdraví společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to analyse the financial health of CIME, s.r.o., a company operating in the field of equipment sales for the construction, agriculture, and municipal sector. The subject of the research is the application of financial analysis methods, with a focus on assessing the economic performance and stability of the company in comparison with a competing enterprise over the period 2019-2023. The theoretical section is based on findings from relevant literature dealing with financial analysis and its methodologies. The practical part first introduces the analysed company and its competitor. Subsequently, various methods are applied, including absolute and ratio indicators, cash flow analysis, economic value added (EVA), Altman´s Z-score model, and DuPont analysis. Based on the results obtained, a set of recommendations is proposed to support the improvements of the company´s financial health.
