dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím soft computingových metod v oblasti podnikové ekonomiky. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jak lze metody jako fuzzy logika, umělé neuronové sítě, genetické a evoluční algoritmy aplikovat na řešení problémů v podnikové praxi, zejména v oblastech rozhodování, predikce, optimalizace a hodnocení. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vysvětlení základních pojmů podnikové ekonomiky a detailnímu popisu vybraných soft computingových metod. V praktické části jsou shrnuty možnosti využití soft computingových metod. Dále jsou vytvořeny případové studie s využitím nástrojů jako Microsoft Excel a umělá inteligence, které ukazují konkrétní využití těchto metod pro podporu manažerského rozhodování a hodnocení finančního zdraví firem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the use of soft computing methods in the field of business ecomics. The aim of the thesis is to analyze how methods such as fuzzy logic, artificial neural networks, genetic and evolutionary algorithms can be applied to solve problems in business practice, especially in the areas of decision making, prediction, optimization, and evaluation. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to explaining the basic concepts of business economics and a detailed description of selected soft computing methods. In the practical part the possibilities of using soft computing methods are summarized. Furthermore, the case sudies using tools such as Microsoft Excel and artificial Intelligence, which show the cencrete use of these methods to support managerial decision-making and assessing the financial health of companies.
