dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací zdravotnického personálu v oblasti prevence dekubitů. Cílem práce je zhodnotit vliv edukačních intervencí na znalosti sester a na snížení incidence dekubitů v klinické praxi. Práce je zpracována jako přehledová studie a je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii kůže, definici a klasifikaci dekubitů, jejich prevenci a léčbě. Praktická část analyzuje aktuální odborné studie zaměřené na edukaci a preventivní prostředky. Závěry potvrzují, že systematická edukace personálu přispívá ke zvýšení kvality péče a k prevenci vzniku dekubitů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the education of healthcare personnel in the prevention of pressure ulcers. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the impact of educational interventions on nurses' knowledge and the reduction of pressure ulcer incidence in clinical practice. The thesis is designed as a literature review and is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy of the skin, the definition and classification of pressure ulcers, their prevention, and treatment. The practical part analyzes current scientific studies focused on education and preventive measures. The findings confirm that systematic education of healthcare staff contributes to improving the quality of care and preventing the development of pressure ulcers.
