dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice edukace pacientů po prodělaném infarktu myokardu. Hlavním cílem je na základě systematické literární rešerše zhodnotit efektivitu různých forem edukace a navrhnout doporučení, která by mohla přispět ke zvýšení adherence pacientů k léčbě, zlepšení sekundární prevence a celkové kvality života. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o infarktu myokardu, jeho klinickém obrazu, léčbě a prevenci. Dále je rozebrán význam edukace v klinické praxi, její principy a fáze edukačního procesu. Praktická část je zpracována jako přehledová studie, která analyzuje vybrané vědecké studie zabývající se edukací pacientů po infarktu myokardu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of patient education after myocardial infarction. The main objective is to assess the effectiveness of different educational approaches based on a systematic literature review and to propose practical recommendations aimed at improving treatment adherence, secondary prevention and patients quality of life. The theoretical part provides an overview of myocardial infarction, including its clinical manifestations, treatment options, and preventive strategies. It also highlights the role of education in clinical practice, along with the phases and key principles of the educational process. The empirical part is designed as a review study, analyzing selected scientific studies focused on patient education after myocardial infarction.
