dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a je zaměřena na téma vnímání profese učitelů v alternativních školách, jež je zkoumáno z pohledu rodičů předškolních dětí. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá stručným představením předškolního vzdělávání s charakteristikou alternativních škol. Popisuje specifika profese předškolních učitelů a prezentuje provedená výzkumná šetření zabývající se problematikou vnímání profese učitelů mateřských škol nejen pohledem rodičů. Výzkumná část je orientována kvalitativně, přičemž za výzkumnou metodu bylo zvoleno polostrukturované interview, které bylo realizováno s rodiči, jejichž děti v současnosti dochází do mateřské školy. Cílem výzkumného šetření je odkrýt názory rodičů na profesi učitelů pracujících v alternativních mateřských školách. Výzkumné šetření ukázalo, že profese učitele v alternativní mateřské škole je považována za prestižní, přičemž dosažené vzdělání učitele nehraje ve vnímání rodičů zásadní roli.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis has theoretical-empirical character. The thesis focuses on a perception of the teaching profession in alternative schools, which is studied from the perspective of parents of preschool children. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with a brief description of preschool education with characteristics of alternative schools. It describes the specifics of profession of preschool teachers and presents the completed research investigations dealing with the issue of perception of the profession of kindergarten teachers, not only from the parent´s point of view. The research part is qualitatively oriented, where semi-structured interviews were chosen as the research method, which was carried out with parents, whose children currently attend a kindergarten. The aim of the research is to uncover parents' views on the profession of preschool teachers working in alternative kindergartens. The research showed that the teaching profession in an alternative kindergarten is considered pretigious, while the teacher´s educational level does not play a significant role in parent´s perception.
