dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma komunikace generace Z s ostatními generacemi. Práce je rozčleněna na dvě hlavní části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol. První z nich se věnuje vymezení a charakteristice jednotlivých generací. Následující dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány komunikaci, mezigeneračním vztahům a mezigeneračnímu učení. V praktické části předkládáme výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaké jsou zkušenosti příslušníků generace Z s komunikací s ostatními generacemi, a jak se tyto zkušenosti promítají do jejich způsobů komunikace. Následná analýza dat byla provedena dle postupů zakotvené teorie, která je i výstupem výzkumného šetření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Diploma theses focuses on subject of communication between generation Z and other generations. Its work is divided to two main parts: theorectical and practical section. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. The first chapter defines and characterizes individual generations. The next two chapters explore communication, intergenerational relationships, and intergenerational learning. The practical part presents the results of qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews. The goal of the research was to determine what are the experiences of Generation Z members in communicating with other generations and how these experiences project into their style of communication. Followup analysis of data has been done by process of using grounded theory, which is also an outcome of research inquiries.
