dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky inkluzivního prostředí ve třídě pohledem učitelů 1. stupně základní školy. Cílem této práce je zjistit postoje, zkušenosti a způsoby pedagogické práce učitelů v této oblasti. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky týkající se inkluzivního vzdělávání a inkluzivního prostředí. Praktická část má kvalitativní výzkumný charakter, v rámci něhož byla zvolena metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s učiteli 1. stupně základní školy. Získaná data byla analyzována metodou otevřeného kódování a následně interpretována. V závěru praktické části byla diskutována zjištění výzkumu a formulována doporučení pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on the specifics of the inclusive environment in primary school classrooms from the perspective of teachers at the first stage of primary education. The aim of this study is to explore the attitudes, experiences, and pedagogical practices of teachers in this area. The theoretical part summarizes the key findings related to inclusive education and inclusive classroom environments. The practical part takes a qualitative research approach, employing semi-structured interviews with primary school teachers. The collected data were analyzed using open coding and subsequently interpreted. The conclusion of the practical part discusses the research findings and presents recommendations for practice.
