dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni ZŠ z pohledu učitelů. Cílem práce je analyzovat přístup pedagogů k hodnocení tělesné výchovy, identifikovat používané metody a kritéria hodnocení a zjistit, jak učitelé reflektují spravedlnost a objektivitu svého hodnocení. Teoretická část se věnuje učiteli, hodnocení, tělesné výchově a hodnocení v tělesné výchově na 1. stupni základní školy. Praktická část se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumu realizovanému formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s učiteli tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni základních škol. Pomocí rozhovorů byly zjištěny způsoby hodnocení tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni základní školy. Na základě získaných dat od respondentů byly zpracovány výsledky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis addresses the issue of physical education assessment in the first stage of primary school from the perspective of teachers. The aim of the thesis is to analyze teachers' approaches to assessing physical education, identify the methods and criteria used in the assessment process, and examine how teachers reflect on the fairness and objectivity of their evaluation. The theoretical part focuses on teachers, assessment, physical education, and the evaluation of physical education in primary school. The practical part is dedicated to qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with primary school physical education teachers. Through these interviews, the methods of assessing physical education in primary school were identified. Based on the collected data from respondents, the results were processed.
