dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá etickými dilematy sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Teoretická část vymezuje východiska z oblasti sociální práce, činnosti orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a etiky v oblasti sociální práce. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum, jehož hlavním cílem je zjistit, jak sociální pracovníci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí přistupují k etickým dilematům ve své praxi. Výzkum byl realizován dotazníkovým šetřením pomocí náhodného výběru u 151 respondentů. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, jak závažně sociální pracovníci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí posuzují vybraná etická dilemata, jak často se s nimi setkávají, jak hodnotí kvalitu pracovního prostředí při řešení etických dilemat a jaké strategie volí při jejich řešení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with ethical dilemmas of social workers of the social and legal protection of children. The theoretical part defines the basis in the field of social work, activities of the social and legal protection of children and ethics in social work. The practical part is focused on research, which is aimed to explore how social workers of the social and legal protection of children approach ethical dilemmas in their professional practice. The research was done by a questionnaire survey with a random sample of 151 respondents. The results of the research show how seriously our respondents assess selected ethical dilemmas, how often they encounter them, how they assess the quality of the working environment when dealing with ethical dilemmas and what strategies they choose when dealing with them.
