dc.description.abstract	Naše diplomová práce pojednává o procesu utváření identity u osob z pěstounské péče a identifikuje specifické faktory, který tento proces ovlivňují. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní pojmy a modely identity, teorie attachmentu a samotná pěstounská péče. Praktická část využívá kvalitativní metodologii, konkrétně tvořivé deníky, které byly doplněny o rozhovory s respondentmi, kteří si prošli pěstounskou péčí. Získaná data byla zpracována pomocí otevřeného, axiálního a selektivního kódování zakotvené teorie a byl utvořen paradigmatický model. Na základě zjištění práce navrhuje praktická doporučení, která mohou přispět k pozitivnějšímu utváření identity.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Our thesis discusses the process of identity formation in foster care and identifies specific factors that influence this process. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part introduces basic concepts and models of identity, attachment theory and foster care itself. The practical part uses a qualitative methodology, specifically creative diaries, which were supplemented by interviews with respondents who have been through foster care. The data collected was processed using open, axial and selective coding of grounded theory and a paradigmatic model was formed. Based on the findings, the thesis proposes practical recommendations that can contribute to more positive identity formation.
