dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací pěstounů k výkonu pěstounské péče. Cílem je identifikovat hlavní důvody, které vedou jednotlivce k rozhodnutí stát se pěstounem, a analyzovat je pomocí teoretických rámců motivace. Práce rozlišuje mezi sociálními a individuálně psychickými motivy a zkoumá jejich zastoupení mezi respondenty dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky jsou interpretovány také ve vztahu k Maslowově pyramidě potřeb. Výzkum přináší vhled do vnitřních i vnějších faktorů, které ovlivňují ochotu lidí vstoupit do systému náhradní rodinné péče.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis explores the motivation of foster parents to engage in foster care. The aim is to identify the main reasons that lead individuals to become foster parents and to analyze these motives within established theoretical frameworks of motivation. The study distinguishes between social motives and individual psychological motives and examines their prevalence based on data collected through a questionnaire survey. The results are also interpreted in relation to Maslow's hierarchy of needs. The research offers insight into the internal and external factors influencing the decision to enter the foster care system.
