dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu JZD Slušovice - unikátního podniku, který dokázal dosahovat mimořádných výsledků v podmínkách centrálně plánované ekonomiky. Cílem této práce je identifikovat klíčové příčiny, které umožnily tento rozvoj a zhodnotit je pomocí moderního nástroje strategického řízení - metody Balanced Scorecard. Teoretická část se soustředí na popis základních principů tržní a centrálně plánované ekonomiky a dále představuje metodiku Balanced Scorecard. Praktická část se zaměřuje na historický vývoj JZD Slušovic, osobnost Františka Čuby a konkrétní aspekty řízení podniku, které byly následně analyzovány právě skrze jednotlivé perspektivy metody Balanced Scorecard.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of JZD Slušovice - a unique enterprise that managed to achieve extraordinary results under the conditions of a centrally planned economy. The aim of the thesis is to identify the key factors that enabled this development and to evaluate them using a modern strategic management tool - the Balanced Scorecard method. The theoretical part concentrates on explaining the basic principles of both market and centrally planned economies and introduces the Balanced Scorecard methodology. The practical part focuses on the historical development of JZD Slušovice, the personality of František Čuba, and specific aspects of business management, which are subsequently analyzed through the individual perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard.
