dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá informálním učením dospělých ve volném čase se zaměřením na rozdíly mezi třemi věkovými skupinami. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové pojmy, zasazuje informální učení do rámce celoživotního učení a popisuje souvislosti učení s jednotlivými etapami dospělosti. Empirická část zkoumá rozsah a intenzitu informálního učení, nejčastěji využívané zdroje a motivace, které respondenty k této formě edukace vedou. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi respondenty ze tří věkově vymezených skupin. Výsledky naznačují, že věk nemusí být rozhodujícím faktorem pro míru ani způsoby zapojení do informálního učení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master's thesis examines informal learning among adults during their leisure time, focusing on differences across three age groups. The theoretical part defines key concepts, places informal learning within the framework of lifelong learning, and describes how learning relates to different stages of adulthood. The empirical part explores the scope and intensity of informal learning, the most commonly used resources, and the motivations behind participation in this type of education. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among respondents from three selected age groups. The findings suggest that age may not be a determining factor in how adults engage in informal learning.
