dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou pripravenosti vybraného podniku na ESG reporting. Cieľom je zhodnotiť súčasný stav pripravenosti v jednotlivých oblastiach ESG a navrhnúť odporúčania ku zlepšeniu pripravenosti. Teoretická časť je zameraná na problematiku ESG a ESG reporting. V praktickej časti je predstavený vybraný podnik a zhodnotený stav jeho pripravenosti v jednotlivých oblastiach ESG. Na základe výsledkov kvalitatívnej a kvantitatívnej analýzy sú navrhnuté odporúčania pre jednotlivé oblasti, ktoré sú v súlade s odporúčaniami Európskej únie. Prínosom práce je získanie konkrétnych návrhov na zlepšenia pre podnik, vďaka ktorým môže zvýšiť úroveň svojej pripravenosti, a zároveň sa lepšie pripraviť na budúce legislatívne požiadavky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of ESG reporting readiness of the selected company. The aim is to assess the current state of readiness in each ESG area and to propose recommendations to improve readiness. The theoretical part focuses on ESG issues and ESG reporting. In the practical part, the selected enterprise is presented and its state of readiness in individual ESG areas is evaluated. Based on the results of the qualitative and quantitative analysis, recommendations are proposed for each area in line with European Union standards. The benefit of the work is obtaining suggestions for improvements for the company, which can increase its level of preparedness and at the same time better preparation for future legislative requirements.
