dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zaměřuje se na zkušenosti učitelek mateřských škol s xenofobií. Teoretická část definuje xenofobii, její souvislosti s rizikovým chováním, prevencí a rolí odborníků, a dále ji přibližuje v kontextu mateřské školy. Praktická část prezentuje kvalitativní výzkum realizovaný pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s učitelkami ze Zlínského kraje a kraje Vysočina. Výsledky ukazují, že učitelky se s projevy xenofobie setkávají u dětí i rodičů, zejména při kontaktu s cizinci či lidmi s postižením. Strach z neznámého se objevuje i při odloučení od matky. Za klíčové metody prevence považují komunikaci, hry, dramatizaci, pohádky a situační učení, přičemž je důležité rozvíjet u dětí toleranci, empatii, respekt, sebereflexi a spolupráci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis has a theoretical-empirical character and focuses on the experiences of kindergarten teachers with xenophobia. The theoretical part defines xenophobia, its connections with risky behavior, prevention, and the role of professionals, and further explores it in the context of kindergartens. The practical part presents qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with teachers from the Zlín Region and the Vysočina Region. The results show that teachers encounter manifestations of xenophobia among children and parents, particularly when interacting with foreigners or people with disabilities. Fear of the unknown also appears when children are separated from their mothers. Key methods of prevention identified by the teachers include communication, games, dramatization, storytelling, and situational learning, emphasizing the importance of developing children's tolerance, empathy, respect, self-reflection, and cooperation.
