dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaká jsou nejčastější úskalí, se kterými se začínající učitelé mateřských škol setkávají. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou základních pojmů a představuje faktory, které mohou ovlivnit vstup nových pedagogů do prostředí mateřské školy. Empirická část představuje výzkum, který byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření a byl určen začínajícím učitelům mateřských škol ve Zlínském kraji. Výzkumná zjištění představují hlavní úskalí, kterými si učitelé prochází, jejich vliv na proces adaptace a jejich dopady na vnímání učitelského povolání. Závěr práce se zaměřuje na výsledná zjištění a doporučení pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the most common pitfalls that novice kindergarten teachers encounter. The theoretical part denifes the key concepts related to the kindergarten teacher and presents the factos that may influence the entry of new teachers into the kindergarten environment. The empirical parts presents the research was carried by means of a questionnaire survey and was addressed to beginning kindergarten teachers in Zlín region. The research findings present the main pitfalls that teachers go through, their impact on adaption to the profession and their effects on the perception of the teaching profession. The paper concludes with the resulting findings and recommendations for practice.
