dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca s názvom "Finančná analýza vybraného podniku" sa zameriava na komplexné zhodnotenie finančnej situácie Družstva invalidov UNIVERZÁL Piešťany za obdobie rokov 2020 až 2023. Práca analyzuje finančné zdravie podniku pomocou absolútnych a pomerových ukazovateľov, pričom sa sústreďuje na oblasti likvidity, rentability, zadlženosti a aktivity. Teoretická časť definuje základné pojmy a metódy finančnej analýzy vrátane horizontálnej a vertikálnej analýzy, Du Pont rozkladu a modelov celkového hodnotenia bonity podniku. Praktická časť aplikuje uvedené metódy na konkrétny podnik a porovnáva jeho výkonnosť s vybranými konkurenčnými spoločnosťami prostredníctvom benchmarkingu a spider analýzy. Záver práce obsahuje zhrnutie výsledkov a konkrétne odporúčania, ktoré smerujú k zlepšeniu finančnej stability a efektívnosti hospodárenia analyzovaného podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis titled "Financial Analalysis of a Selected Company" focuses on a comprehensive evaluation of the financial situation of the Cooperative of Invalids UNVERZÁL Piešťany during the period from 2020 to 2023. The thesis analyses the financial health of the company using absolute and ratio indicators, focusing on the areas of liquidity, profitability, indebtedness and activity. The theoretical part defines basic concepts and methods of financial analysis, including horizontal and vertical analysis, Du Pont decomposition, and models of the overall assessment of the the creditworthiness of the company. The practical part applies these methods to the sleected company and compares its performance with selected competitors through benchmarking and spider analysis. The thesis concludes with a summary of the results and presents specific recommendations aimed at improving the financial stability and operational efficiency of the analysed enterprise.
