dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje integraci informačně-komunikačních technologií do prostředí mateřských škol. Cílem je analyzovat jejich aktuální využití s ohledem na dostupnost, efektivitu a podporu, kterou učitelům poskytují jejich zaměstnavatelé. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy digitální gramotnost a kompetence učitelů a představuje vybrané digitální pomůcky a jejich přínos pro rozvoj dětí v předškolním věku. Reflektuje rovněž možná rizika spojená s jejich zaváděním. Praktická část vychází z kvantitativního výzkumu mezi stovkou učitelů a učitelek mateřských škol a přináší přehled o dostupnosti technologií, jejich využívání v praxi a vnímané úrovni digitálních dovedností učitelů. Výsledky poukazují na potřebu lepší technické i profesní podpory a práce je zakončena návrhy, jak přispět k efektivnějšímu využívání informačně-komunikačních technologií ve výchovně-vzdělávacím procesu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the integration of information and communication technologies into the environment of nursery schools. Its aim is to analyse their current use with respect to availability, effectiveness, and the level of support provided to educators by their employers. The theoretical part defines the concepts of digital literacy and teachers' digital competences, and introduces selected digital tools and their contribution to the development of preschool-aged children. It also reflects on the potential risks associated with the implementation of these technologies. The empirical part is based on quantitative research conducted among one hundred nursery school teachers and provides an overview of the availability of technologies, their practical application, and teachers' perceived level of digital skills. The findings highlight the need for improved technical and professional support, and the thesis concludes with recommendations aimed at enhancing the effective use of information and communication technologies in the educational process.
