dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice spolupráce mateřských škol s Orgánem sociálně-právní ochrany dětí (OSPOD). V teoretické části definuje pojem ohroženého dítěte, analyzuje faktory jeho ohrožení, popisuje systém sociálně-právní ochrany v České republice a vymezuje roli mateřských škol v oblasti prevence a ochrany dětí. Zaměřuje se také na formy spolupráce mateřských škol s rodinami a OSPOD a na povinnosti škol v oblasti podpory zdraví. Praktická část zkoumá kvalitu spolupráce mateřských škol a OSPOD ve vybraném městě Jihomoravského kraje. Výzkum identifikuje klíčové faktory ovlivňující kvalitu spolupráce, jako jsou otevřená komunikace, jasná pravidla a dlouhodobá koordinace. Práce přináší doporučení pro praxi se zaměřením na posílení důvěry a zefektivnění ochrany ohrožených dětí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of cooperation between kindergartens and the Child Social and Legal Protection Authority (OSPOD). The theoretical part defines the concept of a child at risk, analyzes the factors contributing to the risk, describes the social and legal protection system in the Czech Republic, and outlines the role of kindergartens in the prevention and protection of children. It also examines the forms of cooperation between kindergartens, families, and OSPOD, as well as the schools' responsibilities in promoting child welfare. The practical part investigates the quality of cooperation between kindergartens and OSPOD in a selected city in the South Moravian region. The research identifies key factors influencing the quality of cooperation, such as open communication, clear rules, and long-term coordination. The thesis provides recommendations for practice focusing on strengthening trust and improving the protection of at-risk children.
