dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá profesní adaptací začínajících učitelů mateřských škol. Proces adaptace je klíčovou fází profesní dráhy učitele a ovlivňuje jeho profesní růst, setrvání v oboru i kvalitu výuky. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu adaptace, profesní adaptace a adaptačního období. Dále popisuje roli uvádějícího učitele, mentoring a faktory ovlivňující úspěšnost adaptace. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, který byl realizován prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných interview s učitelkami mateřských škol. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat adaptaci začínajících učitelek mateřských škol a zjistit, jak vnímají výzvy spojené s adaptačním procesem. Výsledky výzkumu poskytují poznatky o výzvách, kterým začínající učitelé čelí, a zdůrazňují význam systematické podpory ze strany mateřské školy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the professional adaptation of beginning kindergarten teachers. The process of adaptation is a key phase of a teacher's career and influences their professional growth, retention and the quality of teaching. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of the concept of adaptation, professional adaptation and the adaptation period. It also describes the role of the mentor teacher, mentoring and factors influencing the success of adaptation. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with kindergarten teachers. The aim of this thesis is to find out how novice kindergarten teachers perceive the adaptation process and the challenges associated with it. The results of the research provide insights into the challenges faced by novice teachers and highlight the importance of systematic support provided by the kindergarten.
