Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou povedomia zákazníkov o aktivitách spoločenskej zodpovednosti maloobchodného reťazca Lidl Slovenská republika. V teoretickej časti sú spracované informácie o spoločenskej zodpovednosti firiem a o trvalo udržateľnom rozvoji, ktorý sa s problematikou úzko spája. Praktická časť obsahuje predstavenie spoločnosti a jej aktivít zodpovedného podnikania, analýzu úrovne povedomia zákazníkov na základe dotazníkového šetrenia a návrhy na zvýšenie povedomia zákazníkov o aktivitách spoločenskej zodpovednosti. |

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of customer awareness of the social responsibility activities of the retail chain Lidl Slovak Republic. The theoretical part contains information on corporate social responsibility and on sustainable development, which is closely related to the topic. The practical part includes an introduction of the company and its corporate social responsibility activities, an analysis of the level of customer awareness based on questionnaire survey and suggestions for increasing customer awareness of the company's social responsibility activities. |
