dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem dětské kresby v prostředí mateřské školy. Cílem bylo popsat, jakým způsobem učitelky rozvíjí dětskou kresbu v mateřské škole. Teoretická část se věnuje vývojovým etapám dětské kresby, jejím charakteristickým znakům a faktorům, které ji ovlivňují. Pozornost je rovněž věnována roli pedagoga a možnostem využití kresby v pedagogické diagnostice. Praktická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s učitelkami mateřských škol. Analýza dat identifikovala sedm tematických oblastí, které se týkají přístupů učitelek k rozvoji dětské kresby, prostředí třídy, podpory dětí, vlivu rodiny, individuálních rozdílů mezi dětmi, využití kresby ve vzdělávání a překážek v její podpoře. Výsledky ukazují, že kresba má v mateřské škole významné místo, její rozvoj je však ovlivněn řadou vnějších i vnitřních faktorů. Práce přináší doporučení pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of children's drawing in the environment of a kindergarten. The aim was to describe how kindergarten teachers support and foster children's drawing skills. The theoretical part explores the developmental stages of children's drawing, its characteristic features, and the factors that influence it. It also examines the role of the teacher and the potential use of drawing in educational diagnostics. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with kindergarten teachers. Data analysis identified seven thematic areas related to teachers' approaches to the development of children's drawing, the classroom environment, support for children, the influence of the family, individual differences among children, the use of drawing in education, and barriers to its support. The results show that drawing holds a significant place in kindergartens; however, its development is influenced by a variety of internal and external factors. The thesis offers recommendations for educational practice.
