dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje transformaci pobytové sociální služby pro osoby s duševním onemocněním. Cílem je objasnit průběh této transformace v kontextu deinstitucionalizace sociálních služeb. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na problematiku duševních onemocnění a charakteristiku zařízení, která těmto osobám poskytují péči. Praktická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a zkoumá průběh transformace konkrétní sociální pobytové služby i roli personálu v tomto procesu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the transformation of a residential social service for people with mental illness. The aim is to explain the course of this transformation in the context of deinstitutionalization of social services. The theoretical part focuses on the issue of mental illness and the characteristics of facilities that provide care to these persons. The practical part is based on qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews and examines the process of transformation of a particular social residential service and the role of staff in this process.
