dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou business modelu bistra provozovaného na Koupališti Rusava. Cílem práce je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky stávajícího provozu, zhodnotit jeho vnitřní a vnější prostředí a navrhnout konkrétní opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení efektivity, konkurenceschopnosti a dlouhodobé udržitelnosti provozu. V teoretické části jsou představeny oblasti jako podnikání, business modely a nástroje strategické analýzy. V praktické části je analyzován konkrétní provoz bistra. Součástí praktické části je také dotazníkové šetření návštěvníků koupaliště v letní sezóně 2024, jehož výsledky byly využity při formulaci návrhů zlepšujících opatření. Výstupem práce jsou konkrétní návrhy zaměřené na rozšíření nabídky, zlepšení marketingové komunikace, optimalizaci provozního řízení a posílení strategické spolupráce s provozovatelem areálu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the business model of the bistro operated at the Rusava Swimming Pool. The aim of the thesis is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current operation, assess its internal and external environment, and propose specific measures aimed at increasing efficiency, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability of the business. The theoretical part presents areas such as entrepreneurship, business models, and strategic analysis tools. The practical part analyzes the specific operation of the bistro. It also includes a questionnaire survey conducted among visitors of the swimming pool during the 2024 summer season, the results of which were used to formulate improvement proposals. The outcome of the thesis consists of specific recommendations focused on expanding the product range, enhancing marketing communication, optimizing operational management, and strengthening strategic cooperation with the swimming pool operator.
