dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu týmové práce ve vybrané společnosti. V rámci analýzy je záměrem zjistit strukturu týmu, a zjistit jakou zastávají roli v týmu. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku týmu a týmové spolupráce, týmové role, strukturu týmu a efektivitu týmu, vedení týmu a teambuildingu. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku organizace, samostatnou analýzu týmu a týmových rolích, vyhodnocení dotazníkového setření a návrh na zlepšení.

The practical part includes an overview of the organization, individual analysis of the team and team roles, evaluation of questionnaire survey results, and proposed improvements.
