dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti vybrané čerpací stanice. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na zpracování teoretických poznatků týkajících se konkurence, konkurenceschopnosti a vybraných situačních analýz. Praktická část představuje konkrétní pobočku, její ekonomickou situaci, organizační strukturu a nabízený sortiment. Následně jsou aplikovány vybrané situační analýzy, které identifikují oblasti s potenciálem ke zlepšení. Výsledkem jsou konkrétní návrhy na zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti vybrané pobočky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the competitiveness of a selected gas station. The theoretical part focuses on the processing of theoretical knowledge regarding competition, competitiveness and selected situational analyses. The practical part presents the chosen branch, its economic situation, organizational structure and the assortment offered. Subsequently, selected situational analyses are applied, which identify areas with potential for improvement. The conclusion includes specific proposals for increasing the competitiveness of the selected branch.
