dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem účetní uzávěrky a závěrky. Práce je rozdělená na dvě hlavní části - teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická vysvětluje pojmy účetní uzávěrky a účetní závěrky, popisuje postupy a jednotlivé kroky spojené s těmito procesy. Tato část vychází z odborné literatury a z české účetní legislativy. Praktická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola představuje společnost, její předmět podnikaní a organizační strukturu. Druhá kapitola představuje podrobnou analýzu účetní uzávěrky společnosti XY.,a.s a třetí kapitola se věnuje podrobné analýze účetní závěrky. Všechny údaje pro provedení analýzy byly poskytnuty účetní jednotkou, jako například informace získané při rozhovorech s účetní společnosti XY.,a.s., účetní výkazy za rok 2023. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení a návrhy opatření účetní uzávěrky a závěrky, které povedou k jejímu zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the topic closing of accounts and financial statement. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the concepts closing of accounts and financial statement describes the procedures and individual steps connected with these processes. This part is based on professional literature and Czech accounting legislation. The practical part is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter introduces the company, its business and organisational structure. The second chapter presents a detailed analysis closing of accounts of the company XY.,a.s and the third chapter is devoted to a detailed analysis of the financial statements. All the data for the analysis provided by the accounting entity such as information from interviews, financial statements for the year 2023. The thesis concludes with recommendations and suggestions for measures of the financial statements and financial statements that will translate into its improvement in the company XY.,a.s.
