dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na proces podnikových investic ve stavební společnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá literární rešerší investic se zaměřením na investiční proces a vyhodnocování investic. Praktická část v první části charakterizuje stavební společnost s následnou analýzou současného stavu a identifikací požadavků vedení společnosti na novou metodologii investičního procesu. Na základě analýzy byla navržena nová metodologie investičního procesu ve společnosti, součástí je návrh metodiky, schvalovacího procesu a vyhodnocování investic ve společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the corporate investment process within a construction company. The theoretical part provides a literature review on investments, with an emphasis on the investments process and investments evaluation. The practical part first characterizes the construction company, followed by an analysis of the current state and identification of management requirements for a new investment process methodology. Based on the analysis, a new investment process methodology was proposed, including the design of investment methodology, approval processes, and investment evaluation within the company.
